My name is Joy Boggs, owner of Bluestone Weddings & Events. I am a professional Southern California wedding coordinator and wedding planner. I have been coordinating many different types of events for the last 20 years and I have found that I truly enjoy helping brides plan their dream weddings.
Over the years I’ve had the opportunity to plan destination weddings across the country from Las Vegas to the British Virgin Islands, which included renting an entire island! 
A few years ago I streamlined my event planning into Bluestone Weddings & Events and am available for events throughout Southern California.
As a member of the Association of Bridal Consultants, AFWPI and other wedding associations, I am able to keep up to date with the latest information on the wedding industry. These memberships provide me with a network of other wedding professionals to exchange ideas and information with. I am also a strong believer in education and go to industry conferences throughout the year, providing me with fresh ideas and solutions for my brides.
I particularly enjoy the ever changing wedding styles. I find though that most brides will almost always add a touch of tradition to their wedding, no matter how modern or different they want their special day to be. This makes my job as a wedding coordinator an enjoyable experience. No two brides are alike and I love the individuality of each wedding.
